Raul Pareyon Castillo, born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico on October 19th., 1960. Mr. Pareyon obtained his law degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and was admitted to the bar in 1987; a member of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys (1988). Formerly associated with the law firm of Cervantes, Pareyon y Bustamante, S.C. (1988-1992). Partner at the Bustamante, Escandon & Pareyon firm since 1994.

In this area Mr. Pareyon provides consulting services in import and export matters, including tariff classification, regulations regarding the origin, customs valuation as well as advising on unfair trade practices; he also advises on the use of suitable programs implemented by the Commerce Department, such as Sectorial programs and Manufacturing and Services programs.
Environmental
Advice and support clients with industrial operations in Mexico on environmental impact matters, as well as land use authorizations, water concession issues, and handling of hazardous waste.

Mr. Pareyon participates in all kinds of business transactions pertaining to the establishment of subsidiaries in Mexico, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Mr. Pareyon’s involvement in the registration of trademarks and patents as well as his defense and enforcement against third parties is ample.
