Luis joined the firm in March of 2012, since then, he has focused on supervising numerous ventures and advising clients on different types of business ventures and client sectors, from the automotive industry manufacturers, medical, agriculture to electrical component manufacturers, among others. He has participated in different Investment strategies for agriculture, manufacturing, co-production, and real estate investment ventures, including major loan credit agreements both nationally and with International Financial Institutions, representing both creditors and debtors.
He's an experienced attorney on due diligence procedures for industrial, commercial, and residential projects, he is also well versed in the closing process for properties subject to Fideicomiso (Trust) and the Federal Maritime Zone filings associated thereto, from the real estate aspect to the licensing and corporate components, Luis will be able to render a full and thorough report, to the specific nature of the business or project.
On the corporate level, Luis supervises and actively participates in a number of deals involving mergers, acquisitions and also helps our clients with the manufacturing licensing procedure, including the IMMEX License and other environmental and federal, state, and local licensing requirements pursuant to each of our client's needs.
Luis is also experienced on the CONAGUA, SEMARNAT, CFE, and other federal agencies' due diligence procedures to acquire or sell rights involving these entities. Additionally, Luis has helped several clients navigate the Immigration Process to obtain legal residence in Mexico, whether for retirees, spousal or job offers.
