May Tirado Angulo, born in Tijuana, Mexico. She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in 2011, obtaining her Certificate in litigation under the ACCESO Capacitación program from the California Western School of Law in 2013. In 2019 she was appointed as a Certified Translator and Interpreter of the English language by the Baja California Supreme Court following her Diploma in translation and interpretation studies in 2018.

She joined the Firm in 2015 with professional experience in civil, commercial, and labor litigation and representation at State and Federal levels (including Appellate Courts), as well as securing trademarks and patents, foreign investment, and counseling to local homeowners associations.

Currently involved in leading corporate structuring for cross-border client projects, including local representation, licensing, mergers & acquisition work, from due diligence and design to completion and assignment of on-site responsibilities to the assignee, reorganizations agreements, and joint ventures.

Her practice specializes in both corporate and employment matters with participation in compliance, structuring of labor and employment models, litigation, employment terminations and has led high-end negotiations with labor Unions for multinational companies, including Collective Bargaining Agreements, Strikes, Severance payments for company liquidations, and attritions.
